Shipping Policies
Sales Policies
Processing Times
All orders for items in stock are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Weekends and national holidays may delay your order from being shipped out.

Shipping Times
Shipping time within the US typically takes 3 to 10 business days. However it can take longer due to various factors outside of our control and during the holiday seasons.

International shipping can take between 10 to 20 business days.
​
Custom Orders
Custom orders take 10 - 15 days for direct to garment printing, cutting, and assembly. Shipping takes 10 - 20 business days.
Missing Orders
If after 10 business days your order has not arrived, please email us and we will try to help resolve the issue or send out a replacement.

In-Transit Orders
If tracking continues to show "in transit": Sometimes orders are delayed along the way, or not scanned properly at certain checkpoints. Please allow additional time for your order to arrive if there look to be delays in the scanning process.

Missing but Marked Delivered
If your shipment has been marked "delivered" by the tracking but it is missing, I offer replacement "at cost" + shipping.

Correct Address
Orders are shipped to the address provided to us. Please make sure your shipping information (name and address) are correct before placing your order. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrectly provided address, you can pay the fee to reship your order to a valid address. If your provided address was correct but was undeliverable for a reason beyond your control, and you'd like us to resend it (either to the same address or an alternate address), we will split the shipping cost. For all other shipping issues, please contact us to discuss options.

All sales are final
We do not accept return. If there is a mistake in your shipment please contact us and we will make it right quickly!

Damaged Items
If there is damage from shipping, please also contact us and we will work it out. Please take a photo within 24 hours of receiving your order of the damage and of the packaging.

Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled or amended before they are shipped out. Once they are shipped out no changes can be made.
